Course overview

Anyone working in the building industry, particularly those working on premises built or refurbished before 2000, could potentially be exposed to asbestos. Our Asbestos Awareness course is accredited by the UK Asbestos Training Association (UKATA) and designed for trades including those in the demolition and construction industry and building management. This is a general awareness course and is not suitable for anyone working directly with the removal of asbestos This course meets the requirements of CHAS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine, Exor, SMAS and other safety schemes. Employers can access the CITB levy with this course.
