Kai joined the team as a trainee consultant, eager to pass on his sector safety knowledge. With more than 10 years of experience in the distribution trade, Kai has also worked as a pitch installer and plant operator and is now on the path to developing a career in health and safety.
Victor joined the team as a Health and Safety Consultant. Having acquired over a decade of experience working as a Health & Safety professional within the construction sector and the oil & gas industry, Victor is a valuable asset to our consultant team.
A former chef and publican, Karen’s our food safety and fire risk expert but has more than a decade of experience in supporting our varied clients. A busy consultant and trainer Karen also ensures the smooth running of the business as Managing Director.
Malc is a retired paramedic so he’s perfectly-placed to lead our first aid, mental health, manual handling and fire marshal courses. He’s a dab hand with a paintbrush and also has a way with words as a self-published author. His background and experiences come to life on his training courses; delegates are in great hands.
With great attention to detail and can-do attitude, Ilona works with many of our clients to improve and maintain their health and safety. She has a host of experience across the hospitality, retail and warehousing sectors which is invaluable to us. A qualified face fit tester, Ilona will also ensure your disposable or half face masks provide the protection you need.
Finance Manager by profession, Mandy keeps a keen eye on our finances and is involved in the co-ordination of our training courses. Following extensive training she is also a clinical reflexologist by trade and has been supporting clients with treatments for a number of years.
Steve’s background in the construction industry and experience of quarrying and heavy industry means he has a sound knowledge in health and safety. He was a founding partner of Browns Health and Safety in 1996 before eventually acquiring the company as sole owner. His industry experience and knowledge make him the perfect trainer for our construction and quarry-based courses.
Adrian has been working as a safety management and construction trainer for two decades. His work has seen him deliver courses tailored to meet the needs of major construction projects across Europe. Adrian is an accredited CITB and IOSH trainer who ensures delegates have all they need to work safely on site.
