We’re looking to expand our team and welcome a new  health and safety consultant on board to support our clients and in particular our construction clients.

Our clients benefit from our consultants understanding their sector, so this post is for anyone currently working in the construction industry but looking to move into the world of health and safety. In return for your expertise, we’ll give you training opportunities to develop a career as a consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and safety-conscious individual to join our friendly team and contribute to the continued growth of the businesses.

By joining the Browns team you’ll support projects and organisations across the country to ensure our clients have no health and safety or wellbeing worries.

Your new job once you are qualified:

  • Support our varied clients with their health and safety requirements
  • Regularly complete on-site audits for clients and projects, including writing full audit reports
  • Create and prepare pre-construction documents and construction phase plans
  • Advise and support clients with applications to CHAS, SMAS and Construction Line

About you:

  • You’re experienced in the world of construction and have a some understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
  • Ideally you are CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
  • A NEBOSH qualification is desirable, but for the right candidate Browns will fund this for you.
  • You’ve got a full UK Driving Licence and your own transport
