The Quarry day is designed to ensure that delegates obtain a good basic knowledge of attending and working on a quarry or mining site. After the appropriate introduction to health and safety,
the quarry sector day should give all delegates working in the quarry industry, a greater awareness of site safety. 

This course must be taken in conjunction with the SPA Core Day, unless you have a valid exemption -

The Renewal day is designed for those who currently hold a valid SPA Core & Quarry passport and wish to renew it.

The day is split into two, with the first half refreshing knowledge obtained from the Core Day and the second half refreshing the knowledge obtained on the Quarry Day.
