I started my Health and Safety experience in 2003 when I attended Nottingham Trent University and completed a BSc (HONS) degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Management. The experience was invaluable and gave me a strong foundation to develop my health, safety and environmental knowledge and skills.

Since finishing my degree, I have gained experience in a number of fields of health and safety, including construction, manufacturing and chemical.

In my spare time, I love spending time down the stable yard with my girlfriend looking after our horses and I enjoy nothing more than going out hacking together. 

I love the variety of challenges that occur working in health and safety and I am always eager to help others understand and improve health and safety in the workplace.
