I was delighted to have joined the Brown’s team as an experienced Advisor, Trainer and fully qualified First Aid Instructor, in September 2009.

My first job after College was processing and cutting negatives and photographs for a well known photographic company – seeing other people’s lives go by before my very eyes! Over the past three decades I’ve been lucky enough to have worked across a variety of industries and business sectors including food retail, international banking and finance. I “fell” into Health and Safety quite by chance in 2005, as do most people in the profession.

I’m happily married with 2 wonderful children, with whom I love spending time.

I enjoy Nordic Walking for fitness, and I’m a novice Yoga student.  I’m always looking forward to the next challenge to widen both my personal and professional skills and horizons – I’ve got an old Fender guitar that I hope to learn to play one day, watch out Jimi Hendrix!
