The Fire Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places responsibility upon the employer and person with control over the building to provide as a minimum, a Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Fighting Equipment, Emergency Evacuation Procedures and Signs. Information and instruction must be given to all employees and visitors to the premises with regular documented checks of all equipment and evacuation drills.
